This experience combines a private residency in a renovated historic home with two signature excursions: a private boat tour of the Adriatic islands and a private walking tour of the 1,700-year-old city of Split. Your stay includes 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a private rooftop with views of the mountains and town, providing a central and sleek home base on the Dalmatian Coast.

The apartment is located in a quiet pedestrian alley. While the building is historic, the interior is sleek and contemporary with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The rooftop is the home’s standout feature, offering a private space to view the dramatic limestone cliffs and traditional Croatian architecture. Being in the town center, you are steps away from local markets, cafes, and the riverfront.

This stay is paired with two private tours to showcase the best of the region. You will spend a day on a private boat exploring the Adriatic Sea, with stops at beautiful islands and beaches for swimming and lunch. You will also enjoy a private walking tour of Split, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A local guide will take you through the Roman palace of Diocletian and various filming locations for Game of Thrones, bringing 17 centuries of history to life.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance of travel, reservations must be booked within 12 months and travel must be completed within 24 months from the event date. Reservations are subject to availability. All purchases are non-refundable. May be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the winner. If a deposit is not required, the winner assumes full financial responsibility for any damages incurred. In the event that this property is no longer available, a substitute of equal quality will be provided. No blackout dates. Airfare, transportation, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
