French Riviera Estate for 12

  • 12 Guest
  • 7 Nights
  • Unlimited Can Be Sold at a Single Event

Enjoy a 7-night stay for 12 guests at a storied 200-year-old stone estate on the border of the French Riviera and the Alps. Set on two private acres of ancient olive groves, this villa offers total seclusion while remaining a five-minute walk from the local village. Having earned features in French Vogue and GQ France, the residence is a masterclass in Mediterranean elegance.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, designed to accommodate twelve guests with ease. The heart of the home is a well-equipped chef’s kitchen that opens into an incredible jasmine-clad summer lounge with sea views. Formal gatherings can be held in the dining room, which comfortably seats 12. Outside, the south-facing pool offers stunning vistas across the hills to the sea, complemented by a covered cabana and multiple vast terraces for al fresco lounging.

Your residency includes a private foodie tour of Antibes, a town known for its easygoing, down-to-earth ambience. A 40-minute drive from the villa, Antibes is a warren of narrow streets and red-tile roofs protected by medieval towers and ramparts. Led by a local guide, explore the town’s points of interest and visit the best local spots for specialties that reflect the culinary traditions of Provence. Beyond the tour, the area offers the Picasso Museum, Europe’s largest yacht harbor, and sea-swept hiking trails along the Mediterranean.

The estate provides a peaceful sanctuary within easy reach of the coast’s most glamorous destinations. You are a 35-minute drive from the beaches of Cannes, 45 minutes from Nice, and 65 minutes from Monaco. With vistas stretching across the hills to Grasse and the mountains, this 200-year-old retreat serves as the ultimate base for experiencing the legendary rhythms of the Côte d’Azur.
