Experience the Florida coast with a 5-night stay for 8 guests in a bright, 4-bedroom home in Seacrest Beach. This pet-friendly residence features four and a half bathrooms and is located steps away from the town centers of Rosemary Beach and Seacrest. Your stay combines the relaxation of a private coastal home with access to exclusive community pools and a full-service bonfire celebration on the sand.

The house is designed for groups, featuring three bedrooms with king-sized beds and a fourth bedroom with queen-sized bunk beds. Each of the four bedrooms includes its own en suite bathroom. Four bicycles are provided for exploring the local area, including the nearby Timpoochee hike and bike trail. To make your beach days effortless, a complimentary tram service is available to take you to the private Seacrest Beach, located just a 10-minute walk from the front door.

Your stay includes an evening beach bonfire party for up to 10 people. Everything is arranged for you, from the necessary permits to the setup and breakdown of the site. Beach chairs are provided, along with all the ingredients for s’mores. A dedicated attendant will remain on-site throughout the event to manage the fire, allowing you to relax with family and friends by the water.

Seacrest Beach is a quiet, family-friendly community situated between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Guests have full access to the private Seacrest Beach and the expansive 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool. The town center is home to a variety of local shops and restaurants, offering a charming atmosphere within walking distance of the estate.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.
Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.
Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.
Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.
Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance of travel, reservations must be booked within 12 months and travel must be completed within 24 months from the event date. Reservations are subject to availability. All purchases are non-refundable. May be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the winner. If a deposit is not required, the winner assumes full financial responsibility for any damages incurred. In the event that this property is no longer available, a substitute of equal quality will be provided. No blackout dates. Airfare, transportation, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
