Enjoy a 7-night stay for 10 guests at Villa Lana, a restored estate in the village of Santa Firmina. Located just minutes from the historic center of Arezzo, this villa combines traditional Italian architecture with modern elegance. The property serves as a private sanctuary, offering a sophisticated home base for exploring the heart of the Tuscan countryside.

The villa is designed for large groups, featuring 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The grounds include a private swimming pool, a foosball table, and expansive lawns with iconic views. You can use the outdoor kitchen and dining terrace for al fresco meals.

Your stay includes a private, multi-course chef dinner served at the villa. This authentic experience features handmade pasta and seasonal ingredients paired with local wines. Also, a lovely welcome gift of wine and local provisions waits for you upon arrival. Explore the region’s history with an included walking tour of Cortona. An expert guide will lead you through the town’s cobblestone streets to view its medieval landmarks and ancient Etruscan walls.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Booking and Availability: Welcome packets will be emailed to winners upon notification of their purchase. Reservations are based on availability. Book within 12 months and complete travel within 24 months of purchase. Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance. Stays are Saturday-Saturday only. All bookings are based on availability. Blackout Surcharge applies: Christmas, Easter, New Years and last Saturday of July – Last Saturday of August. Sales and Cancellation Policy: All Sales are final. There are no cash refunds. Packages cannot be resold to a third party. Cancellations made before arrival may result in forfeiture of reservations and funds. Property and Substitution: Photos provided are actual images of the private homes pictured. In the rare event that a home is no longer available due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, property damage, /or change of ownership. In the event that an experience is not available, the provider reserves the right to replace it with an experience of equal value and quality. Utilities and Fees: All utility costs included. Heating and air conditioning is a fee based on consumption due at the end of your stay. Guests are responsible for a mandatory tourist tax, which must be paid at the end of their stay. Exclusions: Airfare, transfers, meals and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
