Reservations must be booked 90 days in advance of travel. Reservations must be booked within 12 months and travel must be completed within 24 months from the event date. Stays are Saturday to Saturday only. Specific villa assignment is based on availability at the time of booking; all villas in this collection are located near Cortona and feature 5 bedrooms, 5+ bathrooms, and a private pool. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. For check-in after 7:00 pm, there is a fee of €50 to be paid on-site. Check-out is by 10:00 am. Packages may not be transferred or resold. The costs of electricity, heating, air conditioning, and final cleaning are all included in the rental price. Tourist Tax: Approximately €2.50 per person, per night (for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights) must be paid on-site. Children under 12 years old are free of charge. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.There are no blackout dates for this experience; however, all dates are subject to villa availability.
