The villa is situated in a secluded area of Praiano, a town known for its authentic atmosphere and winding cobblestone streets. While the home offers a peaceful respite from the crowds of larger coastal towns, it remains conveniently located just a few steps from local markets and restaurants, and only 15 minutes from the beach. The estate’s standout features are its rich garden and 3 private terraces, where guests can enjoy the sunshine and expansive views of the sapphire waters and surrounding mountain landscape.

This stay includes a private journey into the agricultural heritage of the coast at a local organic lemon farm. You will walk through the groves to learn about the traditional terrace farming methods that have sustained this region for centuries. Following the tour, you will enjoy a traditional lunch on a private terrace overlooking the Amalfi sea and the fragrant lemon groves. Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance of travel, reservations must be booked within 12 months and travel must be completed within 24 months from the event date. Reservations are subject to availability. All purchases are non-refundable. May be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the winner. If a deposit is not required, the winner assumes full financial responsibility for any damages incurred. In the event that this property is no longer available, a substitute of equal quality will be provided. No blackout dates. Airfare, transportation, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
