Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.
Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.
Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.
Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.
Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Olbia Area or surrounding area hotels: Hotel Martini (Olbia); Mercure Olbia (Olbia); Grand Hotel President (Olbia); Geovillage Sport Wellness & Convention Resort (Olbia); DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Olbia (Olbia); Hotel Alessandro (Pittulongu – Olbia). Alghero/Sassari area hotels: Smy Carlos V (Alghero); Hotel Catalunya (Alghero); Hotel Corte Rosada (Alghero); Hotel Grazia Deledda (Sassari). Sardara area, Guspini or surrounding area hotels: Sardegna Termale Hotel & Spa (Sardara); Hotel Tarthesh (Guspini); Sa Rocca Hotel & Resort (Guspini).

 

This package is valid for 2 years. Booking the trip should be no later than 60 days ahead of desired travel dates, sooner booking will ensure optimal availability. This package is transferable to another traveler, free of charge, if your package has not been booked and confirmed. International and domestic flights not specified, tips, personal expenses, possible local taxes and tourist taxes, car rentals, fuel, tolls,Incoming and outgoing transfers,  Wednesday and Thursday lunches, the expected entries and any services or activities not explicitly specified under Trip Details are not included.

 

IMPORTANT: The program is closely linked to weather conditions. The order of the excursions included may vary, but the overall content of the trip will remain the same. If an excursion is not carried out due to adverse weather or sea conditions or for operational reasons, it will be replaced by another programme or activity. Hotels will be selected in all locations and communicated 7 days before departure. Any food allergies or special needs must be communicated at the time of booking. Groups can be multilingual. For trips with few participants, the tour may be carried out with a driver/guide. 

 

Scheduled entries according to the program: The cost of tickets according to the program is approximately $60 per person. This amount may vary without prior notice in the event of new regional and/or national provisions or in the event of temporary exhibitions/events.
