Discover Portugal through its flavors, landscapes, and timeless traditions on this 6-night culinary and nature adventure for 2. Here, you’ll unwind in boutique comfort while exploring scenic trails, iconic caves, and peaceful countryside by foot or e-bike. In the evenings, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to craft authentic Portuguese dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients—then enjoy the fruits of your labor, tapas-style.

Midway through your adventure, travel south to Hotel da Barrosinha in Alcácer do Sal—an estate that seamlessly blends rustic charm with culinary excellence. Sip your way through a wine tasting of Barrosinha’s own vintages, and dive into another immersive cooking class led by local chefs. Your days are filled with sunshine, relaxation, and the soul-soothing flavors of the Alentejo region, while optional day trips to historical towns like Santarém and UNESCO-listed Évora offer glimpses into Portugal’s gothic and Roman past.
