Four nights in Porto for six guests, in a three-bedroom apartment right in the city center, with two experiences built around Portuguese wine at its source. All six of you stay under one roof instead of scattered across separate hotel rooms.

One full day belongs to the Douro Valley — a private tour just for your group, with two wineries to visit and tastings at both, lunch at one of them, and a scenic cruise along the river that gives the whole valley its shape, with transportation handled from start to finish. Back in the city, a three-hour private walking tour takes you through Vila Nova de Gaia, the Porto neighbour famous for its cellar and its vibrant atmosphere, with Port wine tastings along the way. The rest of the four nights is yours, and a concierge is on hand to add extra activities to the stay if you want more.

Home base is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Porto city center, sleeping all six of you under one roof, with two bedrooms on double beds and one on twin beds. Final cleaning and utilities are covered, so nothing gets tacked on at the end.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.
Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.
Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.
Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.
Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Accommodation is subject to availability for the requested dates. Should the featured properties not be available, other similar accommodations with the same standards and characteristics may be offered in order to accommodate specific date requests. Reservations must be booked 90 days in advance of travel. Reservations must be booked within 12 months and travel must be completed within 24 months from the date of purchase. A tourist tax of €2.00 per person, per night applies for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights and is payable on site; the tourist tax does not apply to children under 12 years old. Guests must be at least 18 years old to participate in the wine tastings included in this package, in line with Portugal’s legal drinking age. For check-in after 7pm there is a fee of €50. Packages may not be transferred or resold. There are no blackout dates. Airfare, transportation, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
