Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Package includes what is listed above, cleaning fee, on-site concierge, executive chef, and customized itinerary. The package is based on 10 guests (can add up-to-18 guests for discounted fee). This package is non-transferable and includes 12 months from opening date to book. Available May, August, September, and October. Any bookings canceled within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, the deposit may be applied toward an alternative stay within one calendar year of the original date, subject to availability and an additional re-booking fee. It is highly recommended that every Guest purchase third party travel insurance to cover any unfortunate emergencies, natural disasters and global pandemics that may occur. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
