Your stay will be hosted at either the Westgate Lakes Resort or Westgate Vacation Villas. Both properties are designed for families, featuring spacious 2-bedroom accommodations and a variety of onsite amenities. These resorts serve as a comfortable base for relaxation between park visits, located just a short drive from all major attractions.

Orlando is home to more than a dozen theme parks, offering endless variety for every age.

Walt Disney World: Access the four legendary parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios.

Universal Orlando Resort: Step into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter or seek adventure at Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Travel Window and Registration: Book within 12 months and complete travel within 24 months of purchase. Reservations must be booked at least 90 days in advance. You may register the package at any time as registration is not required, but we strongly recommend registering your package to view available resorts and dates. Resort and Accommodations: Accommodations are 2-bedroom resort condominium units for up to 6 guests (max 4a/2c). Travelers may select from multiple resorts in the destination(s) listed on the package display, including the featured resort(s). Due to the travel period, any listed featured resorts may change to another resort of equal quality during the lifetime of your package without advance warning. Accommodations are for consecutive night stays only, and may not be broken up. Availability and Fees: All resorts and dates, including featured resorts, are subject to availability. This package is valid year-round. Peak season travel dates are subject to availability. Surcharges may apply. This package does not include airfare, meals, taxes, personal expenses, and any fees (including resort and amenities fees) that are only payable at the property. Policies and Restrictions: All Sales are final. No changes of any kind can be made for any reason to a confirmed reservation. This includes traveler name, travel dates, resort, or unit size. You may travel yourself, or give the package to a friend or family member, free of charge after registration, if your package has not been booked. Packages may not be re-sold or re-auctioned.
