Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

This package is valid year-round; peak season travel and all featured resorts are subject to availability. Winning bidders must book their stay within 12 months and complete all travel within 24 months of the purchase date. Reservations must be requested at least 90 days prior to your selected arrival date. Travelers may select from multiple resorts in the destination(s) listed on the package display, including featured resort(s). Featured resorts may change to another of equal quality without advance warning. Stays are in studio or 1-bedroom resort condominium units for up to 4 guests (2 adults/2 children recommended). Larger accommodations for up to 6 guests may be available for an additional surcharge. Stays must be for consecutive nights and cannot be broken up. You may travel yourself or give the package to a friend or family member, free of charge after registration, provided the package has not yet been booked. Packages may not be re-sold or re-auctioned. No changes of any kind can be made for any reason to a confirmed reservation (including traveler names, dates, resort, or unit size). We strongly recommend that travelers protect their investment with travel insurance. This package does not include airfare, meals, taxes, personal expenses, or any fees (such as resort and amenity fees) that are only payable at the property. There are absolutely no extensions permitted beyond the 24-month travel window afforded to this package. Other conditions may apply.
