Six nights in Épernay for two, right in the heart of France’s Champagne region and steps from the world-famous Avenue de Champagne, one of the most iconic addresses anywhere in the world of Champagne. This is a true bucket-list stay for anyone who loves the region, built around guided tastings, a Michelin-rated dinner, and the living legacy of Dom Pérignon himself.

The story really begins in the cellars. You’ll head into Boizel, an acclaimed Champagne house in Épernay, for a guided tour and a tasting of their critically acclaimed champagnes, then give a full day to Hautvillers, the village where it all started. With return transfers from your accommodation, you’ll explore the historic Abbey and the church where the Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon is interred, the man credited with first adding fizz to wine and, as local legend has it, calling out “Brothers, come quick, I am tasting the stars.” The day also folds in a visit and tasting at another Champagne house, Joseph Desruets, and a lunch built around local delicacies. One evening during your stay is set aside for dinner for two at La Grillade Gourmande, a Michelin-rated restaurant.

Home base is charming, centrally located accommodation in Épernay, on a bed-and-breakfast basis, so every morning starts with breakfast and you’re never far from the Avenue de Champagne. Note that flights and coinciding airport transfers are not included, and a small local tourist tax is payable on departure.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Reservations must be booked 90 days in advance of travel, reservations must be booked within 12 months and travel must be completed within 18 months from the event date. Airport transfers are included; flights are not. Flights and coinciding airport transfers are not included. A tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per night is payable locally on departure.
