Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.
Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.
Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.
Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.
Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.
Welcome packets will be emailed to winners upon notification of their purchase.Reservations are based on availability. Package is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. All sales are final. There are no cash refunds. Packages cannot be resold to a third party. In the rare event that a home is no longer available due to circumstances beyond our control, force majeure, property damage, and/or change of ownership, the provider reserves the right to replace it with a home of equal value and quality. In the event that an experience is not available, the provider reserves the right to replace it with an experience of equal value and quality. Cancellation policy: Cancellation before arrival may be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds. Airfare, ground transportation, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
