This five-night, all-inclusive escape for two at Thatch Caye is an ideal offering for the adventurous traveler seeking an unforgettable, laid-back experience. Nestled on its own 11-acre Caribbean island, nine miles off the coast of Dangriga, Belize, Thatch Caye offers a perfect blend of island excitement and stunning ocean views, set against the backdrop of the world’s second-largest barrier reef.

This package includes room accommodations and an all-inclusive plan for two guests at a small consignment fee. The all-inclusive plan covers three meals daily, snacks, all local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, boat transfers to and from Dangriga, the marine reserve fee, and access to kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, fishing poles, and other island equipment.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.
Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.
Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.
Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.
Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Winner must complete travel within 24 months of the auction date. International airfare to BZE Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport, commuter airfare to Dangriga, off island tours, SCUBA diving, fishing, and premium alcohol are not included in the package. Blackout dates include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Easter weeks. Auction rate availability is limited in March and subject to availability.
