The highlight of your stay is a private sunset horseback riding tour, where you’ll ride through the picturesque rolling hills of Waco as the vibrant hues of a Texas sunset paint the sky. Imagine the beauty of the landscape bathed in rich oranges and pinks as you gallop (or leisurely ride) along scenic trails. Prefer to take it easy? A horse-drawn carriage ride option ensures everyone can enjoy the experience, whether you’re a seasoned rider or a first-time cowboy.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.

Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Your package Redemption details will be emailed to initiate the booking process & you will be connected to your concierge. Please allow 15 business days after your event to receive your certificate. Reservations must be booked 60 days before travel, and property inventory is subject to availability. Reservations must be booked within 12 months, and travel must be completed within 24 months of notification. Once confirmed, all reservations are final. Packages may not be transferred or resold. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and nonrefundable. Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. 250 lb. weight limit for the Sunset Horseback Riding Tour. For ages 10 and up. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
