In this agreement, your listing services are covered via the donation to our nonprofit, meaning you have no obligation to pay for the buyer’s agent’s services. Your agent will provide expert guidance on how offering to do so might make your home more attractive.
We’ve partnered with a network of high-producing, licensed Realtors in your area who will guide you through every step of the selling process. From strategic pricing and professional photography to skillful negotiation and a successful closing, this exclusive package simplifies your home-selling journey and helps us make a real difference in our community.
This package exclusively covers the commission of the Realtor who lists your home. Other closing costs, such as legal fees, taxes, or other professional fees, are not included. While you have no obligation to pay the commission for the buyer’s agent, your listing agent will provide expert guidance on the pros and cons of offering a buyer’s agent commission, as it may impact your property’s marketability. You have 12 months from the date of the fundraising event to initiate your initial consultation with your Realtor and an additional 12 months from that consultation to place your home on the market. Extensions may be granted for an additional cost. This package is fully transferable to another homeowner within the first year of its purchase. Once an order is received, a representative will contact you to understand your specific needs, location, and timeline. You will then be matched with a vetted, high-producing Realtor who will fulfill the services outlined in Listing Services.
