Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.

Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

This certificate is valid for a 8-day, 7-night stay in a Master Room at The Grand Mayan at any of the following destinations: Riviera Maya, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Peñasco and Acapulco. Master Room units accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Upgrades available for an additional charge and subject to availability. Reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Travel must be booked within 12 months and completed within 24 months. Reservations must be booked 60 days before travel and are subject to availability. Accommodations for nights included in this certificate must be used consecutively. Certificate is valid for a single visit and is limited to one per household. Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or certificate. The certificate is not redeemable for cash or credit. A resort fee applies for $22 USD per night, includes unlimited internet service, local calls, and fitness center. Taxes and other charges may apply. This certificate is for accommodations only. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details. Subject to availability and travel year-round with the exception of Semana Santa, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks.
