Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.
Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.
Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.
Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.
Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.
Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 18 months from the purchase date to travel. Subject to availability and travel year-round with the exception of major US holidays including Semana Santa, Christmas and New Years weeks. Maximum occupancy of six adults with a sofa bed, and two children under the age of 12. Does not include hotel/resort taxes, fees, meals, alcohol, incidentals, airfare, or transportation. An additional resort fee of $150 must be paid directly to the resort upon arrival. Limit of one certification per household in a 12-month period. Lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. Amenities such as spas, water parks, live entrainment, and golf courses vary by destination. One confirmed, all reservations are final. Experiences may not be transferred or resold.
