The glamping-style accommodations offer a luxurious way to reconnect with nature without sacrificing modern amenities, and the dedicated concierge service ensures personalized recommendations for the perfect outdoor adventure. Each park offers unique opportunities to explore, from hiking and stargazing to basking in the sea breeze or marveling at Montana’s backcountry.

What is this?

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.

Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

 

Valid for 24 months. Experience must be booked within 12 months of purchase date. Subject to availability and blackout dates. A stay can be reserved, based on availability, any time during the year with the exception of noted restrictions. All nights must be used within one stay. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.

Grand Canyon – TRAVEL BETWEEN APRIL 14TH – OCTOBER 24TH.

Arcadia – TRAVEL BETWEEN MAY 12TH – OCTOBER 10TH.

Yellowstone – TRAVEL FROM MAY 24TH – SEPTEMBER 9TH.
