Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.

Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

This certificate is valid for a 5-night stay in a Club Suite unit at Club Regina Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos or Cancun, Club Suite with One King Bed, sofa bed, kitchen, living room, 2 full bathrooms, jet tub, and balcony. Accommodates up to 4 people. Reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. This certificate is non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel must be completed within 18 months. When checking in at the resort, the certificate holder must present government-issued identification, a valid credit card, and confirmation of the reservation. The certificate is valid for a single visit and is limited to one per household. Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or certificate. It is not redeemable for cash or credit and may not be used by current or former members of any participating resort or their affiliated resorts. The resort has the right to refuse any certificate that has been tampered with or altered in any way. Reservations can be made a maximum of 12 months in advance and are subject to availability. Accommodations for nights included in this certificate must be used consecutively. This certificate is for accommodations only and does not include food, beverages, amenities, or other items. Taxes and other charges may apply. This certificate is a one-time benefit and additional certificates may not be used by the holder or any direct family member or members of the holder’s household. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
