Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.

Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Your trip must be booked by December 1, 2025 with travel to be completed by December 21, 2026. A minimum of 60-days booking notice is required. Reservation date requests are subject to availability. We are unable to process any packages sold or purchased by clients that hold an active vacation ownership membership with UVC (AM Resorts). All recipients are required to follow local COVID-19 protocols set forth by their destination country and experience host prior to, during, and following travel. Guests must be 18 years and older at the time of stay. An $8 USD per night Resort Fee applies; to be paid by the guest directly to the resort at the time of booking. Resort and Environmental Fees (TBD) are not included and are to be paid by the guest directly to the resort upon check-out. Room type/name may vary between the times of purchase and travel dates. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details. Blackout dates include the weeks of: March Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
