Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.

Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Valid for a wide range of dates throughout the year. Subject to availability when you book. Primary traveler must be at least 21 years old. Paid upgrades and extended dates may be available.  Book within 12 months and complete travel within 24 months of event date. You should consider all bookings as non-cancellable, non-modifiable (i.e., changes to travelers and dates), and non-transferrable. Some resorts charge local taxes at check-in, as well as a refundable deposit upon arrival. Additionally, some hotels charge a resort fee due at the hotel. The estimate of taxes and fees will be disclosed while you are submitting your booking request. The same traveler cannot buy multiple of the same certificate and redeem them for a single reservation. Provider cannot assist with flights, transfers, and activities. These may be booked independently by you. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
