Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.
Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.
Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.
Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.
Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.
Your trip must be booked by December 1, 2025 with travel to be completed by December 21, 2026. A minimum of 60-days booking notice is required. Reservation date requests are subject to availability. Your experience is non-refundable and may not be transferred or resold. Room accommodates two adults, and two children 12 years or younger at the time of travel. An $8 USD per night Resort Fee applies; to be paid by the guest directly to the resort at the time of booking. Resort and Environmental Fees (TBD) are not included and are to be paid by the guest directly to the resort upon check-out. Room type/name may vary between the times of purchase and travel dates. All recipients are required to follow local COVID-19 protocols set forth by their destination country and experience host prior to, during, and following travel. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details. Blackout dates include the weeks of: March Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
