World renowned for its diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of its ancient mountains, and the quality of its remnants of Southern Appalachian mountain culture, this is America’s most visited national park. Cades Cove is one of the most popular places in the national park that is full of historic buildings you can walk inside and see. Many hiking trails also have historic buildings and remains that are neat to see.

Gatlinburg is the gateway community for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. With three park entrances right in town, Gatlinburg serves as a basecamp for many of the 14 million park visitors each year.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Golden Ticket – Set number of tickets sold at a set price with the drawing awarding 1 winner a grand prize.

Raffle – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Detailed instructions will be included on the issued certificate. Valid for a variety of dates throughout the year. Subject to availability when you book. Primary traveler must be at least 21 years old. Paid upgrades and extended dates may be available when you book. Reservations must be booked at least 90 days in advance. Travel must be booked within 12 months and completed within 24 months. Certain optional amenities, such as parking, may require an additional fee at the property. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
