This is the Kentucky Derby the way it should be done: three nights in Louisville for the two of you, with VIP Starting Gate Courtyard access to both days of racing at Churchill Downs. As the first leg of the US Triple Crown, the Derby is the pinnacle of horse racing, and the first Saturday in May is as much about the spectacle as the sport.

Your weekend plays out over two days of world-class racing. On Friday you are at the Kentucky Oaks, and on Saturday the Kentucky Derby itself, both from the Starting Gate Courtyard. A VIP Fast Access Pass moves you through the gates and into Churchill Downs without the wait, and once you are inside, premium all-inclusive concessions keep it effortless, with unlimited gourmet food, specialty vendors, and premium beverages across both days of racing. Add in the fashion, the famous hats, and the roar of the crowd as the field rounds the final turn and the winner is draped in its garland of roses.

You will stay three nights at a select Louisville hotel, with daily breakfast for two to start each morning. Round-trip ground transportation runs between your hotel and Churchill Downs, so there is no sorting out parking or rides on race day.

Live Auction – Part of the evening where supporters will be encouraged to use their paddles to actively bid on the auction items at the same time.

Silent Auction – Items that are displayed on the Silent auction tables and on the electronic platforms for active bidding through out the time allowed for the silent auction. A “buy now” price may also be included in this auction.

Vacation Station – Trips that are typically set with a buy it now price in a section of the Silent Auction. Not to conflict with travel experiences in the Live Auction, we are looking for not the highest bidder, rather a multiple purchases of the same trip.

Raffle / Golden Ticket – Set price however there is not a set number of tickets to be sold with 1 winner to be chosen for the prize.

Other – Will be other revenue enhancers.

Terms of Use and Blackout Dates

Package inclusions are for two guests and may be customized to include additional nights, guests, or upgrades at your own expense. This package is valid for the 2027 Kentucky Derby weekend only and is non-refundable. All inclusions are subject to availability. Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance of travel. Airfare, meals, and activities are not included unless specifically listed under Trip Details.
